VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Police have found a man reported missing on Wednesday night in Virginia Beach.
58-year-old Thomas Knapp was last seen Wednesday around 7 p.m., in the 1100 block of First Colonial Road.
A 3rd Precinct Officer spotted Knapp near the intersection of Shore Drive and Joslin Street on Thursday afternoon. He is safe and being evaluated by medical personnel.
