NORFOLK, Va. – The U.S. Navy released names on Wednesday of more than 25,000 Sailors selected for advancement to E-4, E-5, and E-6 during the 2017 spring advancement cycle.
The total advancement number includes Active Duty Sailors, Reserve Sailors, and Full Time Support (FTS) Sailors.
