SUFFOLK, Va. - Police are investigating after an 18-year-old man was shot Saturday afternoon.
Police said the incident was in the 900 block of Kilby Ave., around 12:30 p.m.

The man was taken by nightingale to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police have arrested 21-year-old Gary Eley of Suffolk, and charged him with felony, reckless handling of a firearm.
Eley was taken jail, but has since bonded out.
