PORTSMOUTH, Va. – Virginia State Police responded to a vehicle crash Wednesday night.
The two-vehicle crash happened in the eastbound lanes of I-264 near Portsmouth Blvd., around 10:30 p.m.
One person has life threatening injuries, police said.
The crash is blocking eastbound lanes of I-264 near mile marker 3.5.
The crash is under investigation.
