HAMPTON ROADS, Va. – Nearly 4,000 customers are without power across Hampton Roads as of early Tuesday evening.
Dominion Energy also reported that a significant amount of people in Newport News, Hampton and Virginia Beach have also experienced power outages.
As of 11 p.m. Tuesday, power had been restored to all but 250 customers.
There is no information on what caused the outages.
