NORFOLK, Va. – Portsmouth Police are investigating an assault that happened in the 2600 block of Columbus Avenue.
It happened Wednesday around 10 a.m.
Police previously said there were two suspects who were involved and physically assaulted a man. The suspects have since been released.
The victim has minor injuries.
