NASHVILLE, Tenn. – While it’s no longer with his hometown team, former Old Dominion standout Zach Pascal will continue his pro football career.

The Upper Marlboro, Maryland native, who was released by the Redskins Saturday, is expected to sign with the Tennessee Titans to join their practice squad.

NFL teams are permitted to establish Practice Squads of up to 10 players who are eligible to participate in practice, but these players remain free agents and are eligible to sign with any other team in the league.

Signed by the Redskins as an undrafted free agent, Pascal appeared in all four of Washington’s preseason games – catching three passes for 27 yards, gaining 22 on one carry and making an impact on special teams as a kickoff returner and on punt block/return.
