SUFFOLK, Va. – Police in Suffolk are investigating an accident that involved a man getting hit by a SUV Saturday evening.
Police say that officers responded to the scene around 8 p.m. at the 400 block of Carolina Rd.
The man was taken to a local hospital with life threatening injuries.
The driver of the vehicle stayed on scene.
The investigation remains ongoing.
