DOWNTOWN NORFOLK, Va. – All this week restaurants in Downtown Norfolk are serving up some great deals.
More than 20 restaurants are offering special menus through January 21st.
Some that are open for lunch have $12 two course menus available. Others are doing $25 or $35 three course dinner options.
