PORTSMOUTH, Va. – A man has been seriously injured after a shooting in the 600 block of Jefferson Avenue Thursday night.
The call came in at 8:16 p.m.
Authorities say the man suffered from a gunshot wound to the torso and was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
