PORTSMOUTH, Va. – Portsmouth Police are investigating after a man was shot in the leg Saturday evening around 6 p.m.
According to officials, the shooting happened off of Portsmouth Blvd., between Grand Street and Wall Street in the city.
The victim was transported to a local hospital, the extent of his injuries are unknown at this time.
