RICHMOND, Va. – Gov. Ralph Northam has ordered U.S. and Virginia flags to fly at half-staff on Tuesday.

The reason for it is to honor the memory of Amelia County firefighter William Moore IV, who died during a training exercise on Thursday.

The flags will fly at half-staff from sunrise to sunset.
