NORFOLK, Va. - A man's body was found in the Elizabeth River near Town Point Park Friday morning.
Police said around 7:45 a.m. they got a call about the body.
The body was taken to the Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death, according to police.
Police identified the body as 44-year-old Vann Cousins. No foul play is suspected.
