PORTSMOUTH, Va. – Police in Portsmouth are investigating a shooting after a man allegedly shot himself by accident in the hand.
Officials said the accidental shooting happened in the 1400 block of Lake Forest Drive around 7 p.m. Sunday.
The man has been transported to the hospital.
