NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The Newport News Fire Department had to extricate someone from their vehicle after a crash in the 400 block of Beech Drive.
At approximately 12:49 p.m., crews responded to the scene. One patient was taken, on advanced life support, to Riverside Regional Medical Center.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
