ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. – The Elizabeth City Police Department said in a statement it had located a missing 13-year-old boy last seen Thursday night.
According to the department, Kamiri Leary went missing out of the Emerald Lake Apartments.
He was located safely Friday morning.
