CHESAPEAKE, Va. – A man accused of statutory rape in Currituck County was arrested in Chesapeake last week.
Howard Bendigo was taken into custody April 8 on charges of statutory rape of a child and sexual battery. He will be extradited back to Currituck County, according to the Currituck County Sheriff’s Office.
