FRANKLIN, Va. – Franklin officials responded to an overturned commercial vehicle with an entrapment.
The incident happened on Carrsville Highway in the area of John Beverly Rose Drive. The driver was extricated, treated and then turned over to Nightingale.
Officials asked drivers to avoid the area while emergency crews were operating.
