KILL DEVIL HILLS, N.C. – This video captured a whale that was spotted under the Avalon Pier on Sunday!
Cindy Walton, an employee at Avalon Pier, says that the whale was chasing dolphins and thought he was skinny enough fit under the pier.
Walton says whales are frequent visitors to the pier and it was spotted around 11:30 a.m.
