NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk Fire-Rescue is on the scene of an apartment fire in the 3100 block of Tidewater Drive.
According to the department’s Twitter account, no one was in the two-and-a-half story brick building at the time of the fire.
Crews are still working to extinguish the fire.
