ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. – Officials need your help to locate a woman who has been missing since September 11.
Karen Martinez was last seen in the 200 Block of East Main Street.
Martinez is light-skinned, with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5’2″ and about 135 pounds. She was last seen in a black Honda Accord.
