NORFOLK, Va. – A man pleaded guilty Monday to a fatal stabbing.
50-year-old Gregory Eris McDonald pleaded guilty to the fatal stabbing of 48-year-old Samuel L. Wiggins of Norfolk. McDonald pleaded guilty to once count of voluntary manslaughter.
McDonald's sentence hearing is set for December 11.
Police say they found the victim’s body in the 3800 block of Bluestone Avenue around 5:35 a.m. He was pronounced dead on scene.

As a result of the investigation, detectives secured warrants on Sunday for 49-year-old Gregory E. McDonald of Norfolk for second degree murder.
On Monday, police say that McDonald was arrested in Virginia Beach.
