ODU shooting: Dead gunman with ISIS ties ID'd, one victim killed, two hurt

CBS News is reporting that the shooter was identified as former Virginia National Guardsman Mohamed Bailor Jalloh. The FBI says this incident is being investigated as a terror-related attack.
