Tides vs. Bulls
It's playoff season for the Norfolk Tides. The team is looking for their first International League Championship since 1985. They host the defending champs - the Durham Bulls - in a best-of-three playoff series starting Tuesday. The winner will go on to play in Las Vegas in the Triple-A National Championship. Tickets are still available and start at $15.
Jurassic Quest
If you want to head back to the time when dinosaurs roamed Earth, you can at the Hampton Roads Convention Center. Jurassic Quest is returning for another year of prehistoric fun, and visitors can enjoy life-like dinosaurs, rides, fossil digs, inflatable play areas and more. Tickets start at $22.
Neptune Festival
The 49th annual Neptune Festival returns this week. Festivities kick off this Friday at noon, and there will be live music, dozens of different designers and vendors, the sand sculpting competition and more. It's free to attend and enjoy the fun - however, there is a small admission fee for the sand sculpting competition of $7.
