HAMPTON ROADS, Va. — An effort in Hampton Roads to raise money for local nonprofits is starting Tuesday.
Give Local 757, organized by the Peninsula Community Foundation, is a 24-hour giving day to unite our community and raise funds for organizations strengthening our region.
Organizers say since the Give Local 757 effort started, it has generated more than $12.6 million from more than 110,000 donors for hundreds of local nonprofits.
The fundraising event will include prizes for both organizations and donors!
