WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - This weekend, Busch Gardens and Give Kids The World Village will be giving a special treat to families who received a wish through Give Kids The World.
On Sunday, June 12, the Give Kids The World Village's 2022 Summer Road Trip is making its way to the Williamsburg park. Give Kids The World is an organization that provides week-long wish vacations to children with critical illnesses and their families at no cost.
Alumni wish families are granted exclusive early access to Busch Gardens, along with a complimentary breakfast, a DJ dance party, games, photo opportunities and more. On top of that, once the alumni party is over, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy unlimited rides until the park closes.
The event is designed to help Give Kids The World alumni wish families reconnect, reminisce and relive treasured moments from their wish trips, while also sharing the mission of Give Kids The World to new audiences.
Since the nonprofit was created in 1986, it has accommodated nearly 177,000 families from all 50 states and 76 countries.
