Dairy Queen's Miracle Treat Day returns Thursday, July 27.
For every Blizzard sold, participating locations will donate $1 to a Children's Miracle Network hospital.
In Hampton Roads, Mid Atlantic Dairy Queen's 15 locations are fundraising for Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters. According to a release, this year's donation will specifically go to CHKD's new pediatric mental health facility, the Children's Pavilion.
The franchise is three years into a ten-year, $5-million fundraising campaign for CHKD. It reports $1.3 million raised so far.
Mid Atlantic Dairy Queen operates locations throughout Hampton Roads and as far west as Southampton County.
