HAMPTON ROADS, Va. - Play-by-play broadcasters Rich DeMarco (Army) and Pete Medhurst (Navy) know the history of this rivalry, the game’s traditions and their significance better than anyone. Rich has been calling Army’s games for 17 years, and Pete has been with the Navy Radio Network for 23 years.
