Easing mask anxiety for children on Coast Live

HAMPTON ROADS, Va. - For children who have been mostly at home during the pandemic, going back to school will mean wearing a mask throughout the day, probably for a longer time than they have so far. Dr. Mary Margaret Gleason, child and adolescent psychiatrist, pediatrician, and the vice chief of the mental health program at CHKD, shares some timely advice for easing mask anxiety as we make our way back to school.
