HAMPTON ROADS, Va.- In June of last year, 20 year old Raegan Sharnae Chisley was murdered in Hampton. She was a student at North Carolina Central University, with dreams of becoming a doctor. We sat down with her mother, Shaneya Jackson to talk about how she and others are using scholarships to remember Raegan.
