HAMPTON ROADS, VA-- TV personality Frank Grimsley only discovered he had Hidradenitis suppurativa during a routine dermatologist visit. HS is is a chronic, inflammatory skin condition that may affect an estimated one in 100 people. It’s believed to be caused by an overactive immune system.
Grimsley now has his disease under control but is sharing his journey along with Dr Lana Schmidt a board-certified dermatologist.
