PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Police are investigating a shooting that happened on Thursday.
The incident happened around 4 p.m., in the 90 block of Paul Jones Street.
Officials said a 16-year-old male suffered a gunshot wound to the upper body. The injuries appeared to be non-life threatening.
