VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Two adults and two children have been taken to the hospital following a shooting Sunday afternoon.
According to officials, police responded to reports of a child being shot in the 3700 block of Whitney Ct at 5:30 p.m.
When police arrived on scene they found another injured child and two adults who were shot. Police say both children are under the age of 12.
All victims have been taken to local hospitals with what appear to be non-life threatening injuries, police say.
There is no suspect information at this time.
This investigation is being actively investigated,and police say there are no further details that can be provided at this time.
