NORFOLK, Va. — Two people were rescued after their boat capsized near the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel Friday night.
According to Chief Langley with Norfolk Fire-Rescue, the boat capsized when it hit a pipe in the water.
The two boaters fell overboard and were helped onto another vessel of a construction company that was doing work near the HRBT.
Both were taken to Sentara Norfolk Hospital for treatment.
The status of their injuries is unknown.
