2-year-old, 4-year-old Portsmouth girls found; mom arrested on warrants out of Chesapeake

PORTSMOUTH, Va. Detectives with the Portsmouth Police Department said two young girls who were last seen a week ago were found safe.

Two-year-old Asha’Aroya Reign Stanley and 4-year-old Ava’Royal Ase Stanley were last seen at their daycare located at Victory Boulevard on November 6 with their mother, 34-year-old Amanda Stanley.

Officials say Amanda Stanley was arrested on multiple outstanding warrants, including Violation of Custody Orders and Capias, out of Chesapeake. She was last seen driving a white Lexus NX 200T SUV with New York tags, possibly HTA2650.
