NORFOLK, Va. - Four people were shot in the 800 block of Lincoln Street Friday night.
The call came in around 10:50 p.m. Police say the victims, who are all adults, were taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Person(s) of interest have been detained, officials say.
