CHESAPEAKE, Va. - Police officers responded to a report of a disturbance at an apartment in the 3500 block of Towne Point Road early Friday morning
Around 1:10 a.m., arrived on the scene to find an injured person and a deceased man, identified as 26-year-old Suffolk man Kerry Eaton. The injured victim was taken to a local hospital with life threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing and there is no further information available at this time.
