VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The Virginia Beach Police Department is investigating after a child under the age of 10 was left with life-threatening injuries following a Thursday morning crash.
According to police, the crash happened at approximately 11:15 a.m. in the 5700 block of Albright Drive. A Nightingale responded to take the child to a local hospital.
The driver of the vehicle remained on scene following the incident, police said.
The crash remains under investigation, and there is no further information.
