NORFOLK, Va. - The Coast Guard received a report of a submerged vehicle near Harbor Park in Norfolk.
Coast Guard officials tell News 3 that they issued an urgent marine information broadcast after a report that one person was inside the submerged vehicle.
Coast Guard say they then received a report from Norfolk Police that two people were inside initially, but the two occupants of the vehicle were already on land safe.
No further details have been provided.
