NORFOLK, Va. - Police are investigating after a construction worker was found dead Wednesday morning.
Around 8:30 a.m., Norfolk Police responded to 315 Colley Avenue for an undetermined death.
When officers arrived they found a man who was unresponsive. Police said the man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Officials said the man has been identified as 25-year-old Evan Franklin.
The scene was at the building site of the new EVMS Waitzer Hall.
Detectives are investigating the incident but they added that no signs of foul play have been observed at this time.
