The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services released their daily update involving COVID-19 cases within the state.
As of Sunday, there are now 193,581 cases, 889 people hospitalized and 3,243 COVID-19 related deaths.
That is 1,333 new cases, 7 more hospitalizations and 8 additional deaths from Saturday.
A total of 2,804,818 total COVID-19 tests have been completed in North Carolina.
