North Carolina reports 3,820 new COVID-19 cases, 21 deaths as hospitalizations continue to rise

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services released their daily update involving COVID-19 cases within the state.

As of Sunday there are now 340,939 PCR positive cases and 20,839 antigen positive cases, totaling 361,778 total positive cases.

1,885 people are being hospitalized for COVID-19 and there have been 5,240 COVID-19 related deaths.

That's 3,820 new cases and 21 new deaths from Saturday.

A total of 5,265,649 total COVID-19 tests have been completed in North Carolina.
