The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services released their daily update involving COVID-19 cases within the state.
As of Tuesday there are now 204,331 cases, 950 people hospitalized and 3,494 COVID-19 related deaths.
That is 763 new cases, 53 additional hospitalizations and 49 additional deaths from Sunday.
A total of 3,014,780 total COVID-19 tests have been completed in North Carolina.
