The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services released their daily update involving coronavirus cases within the state.
As of Wednesday, there are now 91,266 cases, 1,142 people hospitalized and 1,568 coronavirus related deaths.
From Tuesday, there have been 1,782 new cases, 16 additional deaths, and 33 hospitalizations.
A total of 1,284,637 total coronavirus tests have been completed in North Carolina.
Gov. Roy Cooper announced Tuesday that North Carolina will stay in Phase Two for an additional three weeksdue to the state continuously reporting over 1,000 daily coronavirus cases.
