VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Virginia Beach native and music icon, Pharrell Williams, donated masks to the Virginia Beach Sheriff's Office.
Pharrell and his non-profit organization, YELLOW, donated nearly 2,000 Adidas masks to protect the city's deputies during the coronavirus pandemic.
YELLOW is a 501(C)(3) Non-Profit established by to "even the odds" for all kids through education.

Sentara Healthcare also announced Friday that musician Pharrell Williams, who's from Virginia Beach, and Adidas donated 8,000 face masks for healthcare workers on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The music legend also teamed up with World Central Kitchen to help local restaurants provide meals for thousands of people all over the 757.
