VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The Virginia Beach Circuit Court is closed Friday, October 23.

A couurt official said "Due to COVID-19, the Chief Judge has closed Circuit Court." The Circuit Court Clerk's Office is also closed, including the satellite office at 1804 Princess Anne Road.

Officials have not been informed of any other closures to the Virginia Beach Courthouse and anticipate that the other areas of the building will be open for business as usual.

There was no further information released about the closure.
