PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Two people were receiving treatment after a shooting in Portsmouth Thursday night, police said.
Police said it happened just before 7:40 near the 100 block of Howard Street. A man and woman had non-life-threatening injuries, and both were being treated.
Police did not release any other details.
