NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk Police Department said a 69-year-old woman who was last seen Tuesday was found safe in Washington, D.C.
Louise T. Linde, a Norfolk resident, was last seen in the 1300 block of Bolling Avenue February 2, and was reported found around 9 a.m. Saturday morning.
