ELIZABETH CITY , N.C. - Elizabeth City Police have safely located a missing 12-year-old girl who was last seen Saturday evening.
Police say around 9:26 p.m., 12-year-old Cheyanne Shye Hardison was reported missing by her family. She was last seen in the 300 block of South Dyer Street around 5 p.m. wearing a yellow shirt with an elephant on it.
