RICHMOND, Va. - Every region of Virginia now has at least one confirmed case of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Southwest Virginia was the final region to have a confirme case. This brings the number of cases in Virginia up to 114.
This number is up by 10 cases from Thursday to Friday and Virginia has had 19 hospitalizations from coronavirus and two deaths from the virus.
North Carolina now has 137 cases statewide.
The Commonwealth now has increased ability to test more than 1,000 tests.
The State Health Commissioner said we do not have a vaccine for COVID-19, the only thing we have is social distancing.
On Friday Gov. Northam said many businesses are doing the responsible thing and following the 10 person order but some are not. He added that localities have authority to enforce 10 people at restaurants, fitness centers and theaters and they should when needed.
